What is the appropriate age for soft play rentals?

Our soft play equipment is designed for children 0-5 years of age. The rental equipment is specifically made for this age group which targets the development of gross motor skills, encourages exploration, creativity all while providing a safe environment.

How long are the rentals?

​All rentals are up to 4 hours. Additional time is $75 per hour. Overnight set-up is available depending on availability and for an extra charge. 

​How do set-ups and pick-ups work? 

We deliver and set up at least one hour before the start of the event. Once we set up the play area, we leave, and the client becomes liable for any injury or damage to our equipment. Client must fill out our liability form and sign a contract agreement before the play area is set-up. A $50 dollar cleaning fee will apply if equipment is dirty. Equipment must be cleared at time of pick-up.

Is there a delivery fee?

We serve all of the San Francisco Bay Area. A delivery fee will apply to the final rental fee and will also depend on the location of set-up.

Where can we set up the soft play equipment?

Our equipment can be set up indoors or outdoors. For outdoor setups, the surface must be flat, dry, clean, and safe. We cannot set up on dirt, sand, tanbark, or uneven surfaces. Grass is also acceptable as long as it is free of mud, or animal excretions. For hot days, a canopy is REQUIRED. This will ensure the safety of your children getting burnt and will also preserve the equipment. We offer canopy rentals as an add-on, or you may use your own.

How do I book a date?

To reserve your date, you can either call us, email us and/or fill out this form and we will contact you asap to confirm the details and work out the quote. A 50% security deposit will be required to reserve the date. The remaining balance will be due 48 hours prior to the event.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

The 50% security deposit will be non-refundable if the rental is cancelled within 72 hours of event. If you need to reschedule due to sickness or unsuitable weather conditions, a rescheduling fee of $25 will be applied.

What form of payments can I pay with?

We accept Cash, Venmo, or Zelle as forms of payment.

What are the play area rules?

Under no circumstances should there be any food, drinks, or gum allowed inside the play area. Shoes are not allowed. No sharp objects, nor glitter or face paint. Adult supervision is required AT ALL TIMES. No overcrowding or unsafe form of use of equipment. Please keep the soft play within the gates.

What happens if there are unsuitable weather conditions?

If it rains, unfortunately, we cannot set up outdoors. Please let us know of your back-up plan ahead of time. If the weather is too hot (90 degrees and up), please ensure a canopy is provided. If no back-up plans are made for unsuitable weather conditions, the security deposit can be credited to another day or event.
